Custom SMTP / Email: Email Domain

After confirming "Email Domain,"
after navigating to the URL:
deftform.com/settings/email/do...

this toggle tab 2) should appear permanently.

Since this might seem misleading, someone might think this option isn't enabled and configured yet.

There are scenarios where both options might be enabled, or at least added. We'll add an indicator which one is active, maybe it will make it a little clearer.
