I added an eSignature field that worked great on the first day, but then it stopped working on the second day. So, I’ve removed it for now. 

For form styles, when setting #FFFFFF as the 'Text color' it doesn't work, as there's white on white with the following: Telephone number: The country code appears white within a white box Hyperlinks:  (...)
