It would be useful to be able to add a header and footer to the form.

Optionally also in HTML code.

In this way, to create an independent landing page with a form.

Custom links (for stuff like privacy policy, terms etc) will be available in the next update. But we have no plans to create a page builder to build independent landing pages.
