Add image in single select or multiple select

I want to be able to add images to each option so users can select an option based on the attached image. 

Example: Option A corresponds to a description and an image. And so on. For instance, if I am selling 5 products, each product is an option that users can select.

My current workaround is to first create multiple images and then create a dropdown where users select their choice image from the dropdown.
