It would be useful to be able to decide which date format to use, e.g.,
YMD
DMY
MDY
YYYY-MM-DD
DD-MM-YYYY
This is important when saving to Google Sheets
eg.
2025-08-27 08:28
2025-08-27 08:28 AM
27-08-2025 08:28
08-27-2025 08:28 AM
