Remove 2-Minute Submission Limit for Trusted Paid Accounts

The 2-minute limitation should be removed for trusted paid accounts. To maintain security, consider using reCAPTCHA to enforce limits. Otherwise, if the form is embedded on my website and marketing is performing well, a legitimate inquiry could be blocked due to this rule.

This limitation is per submitter and per form. That would mean that the same person would have to submit the same form twice within those two minutes to get a warning. But we will think about possible solutions. Note that even paid accounts were using Deftform to scam people in the past, hence the hesitation to remove this limit.
