Add Multiple Conditions to a Field

Please allow us to add multiple conditions to a field. Currently, I'm having to create multiple fields (some even have the same name) which is getting really messy. Example Claims Form

Is this a domestic or international order?
- Domestic
- International

If Domestic
- Lost In Transit
- Damaged Item(s)
- Missing Package

If International
- Lost In Transit
- Damaged Item(s)
- Missing Package
- Customs Delays

If Domestic Damaged Item(s)
- Please upload clear pictures of both the packaging and items 

*I can't set 2 conditions on this to display for both Domestic Lost and international Lost so I have to create another identical field: 

If International Damaged Item(s)
- Please upload clear pictures of both the packaging and items 

**There is no way to give these fields a unique name in the dashboard either so I have no idea which one belongs to Domestic vs International unless I open it up and look at the conditional logic.

***Field Groups in this situation would be AMAZING as well because each claim type has multiple fields! (also with the ability to assign a unique name like we can do with the key but for admin eyes only)
