If the customer forgets something after submitting and would like to add something (e.g., attach a photo or screenshot).

A link to re-complete the form could be added in the "thank you" message for submitting the form.

This would open a variety of problems. Most people sync submissions to a Google Sheet or via webhook, so data sent is final. If the respondent gets the possibility to make changes after submitting the form, the data synced is outdated. We don't plan to offer this possibility.
