Date format is YYYY-MM-DD, and date picker is in english. It would be great for non english speaking audience and forms owners to be able to :
1/ Change the date format, example DD-MM-YYYY for Europe
2/ Be able to change the language of the calendar (either by choosing a language, either by translating ourselves all text (month, ...)
